These following steps illustrate the usual commissioning process of mine
Your Commission Inquiry
Please use either the private message option on deviantart or furaffinity, or my e-mail. I try to visit my other art profiles, but I don't oversee them as often as my dA and FA. You can also comment on my art auctions (gumtree, olx and so on) as well.
If you don't want to use the private message option, please send me an e-mail instead, at [email protected]
You can either simply ask whether my commissions are open and if I could draw art for you on the specified subject, just signalize that you'd want to commission me, or you can provide me more detailed information at this phase if you wish.

My Reply
I give you back the information whether I am able to take your order and provide you with such information as of when I would be able to start your commission, how much it might cost and, if there is a queue, the information if and that you are put on the waiting list.
If your inquiry covers a very vast subject I may request you to pay a part of the price up front at this point of the commissioning process.
In the case your inquiry covers the subject of commercial usage of the artwork you want to buy from me, we will have to sign an agreement prior to me starting the commission and receiving any payments. The most crucial things to place in such agreement will usually be: which country's law our agreement will be subject to, deadlines, the ways you will and will not be allowed to use the artwork, whether I will be receiving a percentage from every sold item or not, type of the license and so on.

Your Information About the Ordered Piece
The more information you provide, the better I will know how you have envisaged the final piece you want to get from me. I may need such information as:
- character sheet / description / photographs
- type of drawing - portrait, waist-up, full character etc
- number of characters
- requested background or lack thereof
- requested poses
- other important detail
- size of the artwork
- deadline - when the commission must be finished, if there is such
Sketches for your Approval
I send you rough sketches of your commission for you to choose from. All changes in this phase are done for free. The further in the painting/drawing process the harder any changes will be, and such changes may require an additional fee. At this point, I will not continue with the commission if the one of the sketches is not approved for further work, and after it is approved, until I receive the partial payment.
Your Feedback
The phase just after I send you the sketches is most crucial for the final outcome of the piece and therefore critique is highly encouraged and wanted. The most and biggest changes can be done in this phase. You are of course allowed on commenting, giving me directions and ideas in firther stages of the commissioning process, but big changes may require additional payment.
WIP Shots
I'm always willing to provide my commissioner with work-in-progress-shots - photos and scans showing progress on their order. I usually send those via mail or link the photos in my dA stash or dropbox to be included in private messages.
Finalizing the Commission
Finishing your commission may take anywhere between a few days to a few months, depending on its size, amount of detail, number of characters and media used, the number of commissions I have to finish prior starting your artwork and so on. This is why it is so important to specify a deadline for the commission if there is any- i.e. an anniversary date, a wedding date, a birthday date and so on.
Payment
I require payment after the artwork is finished.
DO NOT SEND ME MONEY AS GIFTS. I WILL SEND AN INVOICE.
I accept:
paypal [[email protected]]
cash [if we meet in person, but then I require a document signed by both parties that the payment has been done and the artwork was given to you]
bank transfer [polish customers only]
Artist's tips are allowed and very welcome if you're very happy with your commission, however they are not necessary.

Shipment
Worldwide shipping available. I ship the artwork in a bubble-wrap envelope and placed inside a clean paper sheet. I ship the original piece after the payment is done. The client is obliged to cover the shipping costs, which are not included in the default commission price.
