Since I mainly work as a full-time architect, there are occasions when I am forced to work over time. For this reason the time I require to finish an artwork may lenghten unexpectedly - thus, I take full payment after the artwork is finished, so that both me and the client can feel safe about the ordered commission.

Please do not ask me to draw your commissions "in the style of X" or "in the same way as Y does their artwork". I'm not here to impersonate other people's work, if you're willing to get something like that, please commission the original artist instead. Thank you.
Art Usage
- You may post your commission in your own art galleries, art tumblr etc, provided that you credit me properly.
- I reserve the right to publish the commission on any art site or portfolio of mine.
- Additionally, if a commission depicts a random character, a landscape or a wild / domesticated animal, I reserve the right of selling art prints of such artwork, unless we deal otherwise. If you are not comfortable with that, please let me know as soon as you are able.
- You are not allowed to remove my signatures or reference art signatures from the artwork you receive from me. I put my artist's signature on the artwork itself, the reference artwork signatures (if such have been used) are placed at the back of the drawing.
- You are not allowed to make financial profit of the artwork commissioned from me - if you are willing to use it as a cover, or a book illustration, company logo, a header for your website etc you need to sign an agreement with me and discuss the ways you will be and will not be allowed to use the commission. This does not concern artwork placed on your website for display purposes only.

Resigning From a Commission

Accepting and Declining a Commission
|
|
|
I urge you to be responsible and if you make up your mind about commissioning me, be sure to say it. Also, if you decide to decline or resign from your commission, please state it and don't leave the subject to pass on its own. I've had people resigning from commissioning me before during my commission process, for personal or any other reasons, however some of them simply disappeared without a word and stayed silent after my many contact attepts. Do not be afraid of telling me if you are no longer interested in a commission from me, it saves both your time, nerves and money, and mine as well. While doing the commission artwork I try my best to be as polite, approachable and as productive as possible, and I would kindly hope for the same from my commissioner.
Alterations
- Any changes to the image requested by the commissioner during the sketching process are done for free.
- Alterations done past that phase, and especially during colouring or detailed shading may affect the look of the final artwork and will require additional payment, depending on the size and complexity of required changes.
Refunds
- If the commissioner paid for the artwork and it has not been started yet, he receives a full refund. Same applies to a situation when the commission is damaged heavily and the artist is at fault.
- If the commissioner paid of the artwork and it has already been started he is obliged to pay for the amount of work already put into the art, and the rest of the money will be refunded to the commissioner.
- The artist does not take any responsibility for damage done to the commission during the shipping process, framing or improper handling done after sending it to the commissioner.
Additional Information
Please be aware that traditional artwork takes time to create. I may work on a commission from you even for several months or more. Additionally, my main place of employment requires from me a standard work time of 4-8 hours, and I'm not allowed to work on my private commissions while at work. Please bear that in your mind while ordering a commission from me. The bigger the size and the more the detail or the more the characters the more time your commission will take me to create, start to finish. This is why I put so much emphasis on the deadline of your commission - if there is any, I wish to know to be able to finish it within given time frames.
